I was responsible for producing the major marketing tool used to promote Y programs on a regular basis. Approximately 20,000 were distributed to the communities quarterly.
Being responsible to community donors and volunteers, this piece showed accountability and recognition for accomplishments each year. It was distributed at the Annual Meeting and used throughout the year for fundraising and volunteer development.
This is one of many tri-fold flyers and brochures for fundraising activities and events. Each year, the Y would conduct 3 major campaigns to raise funds for programs and facility upgrades.
Being responsible for all communication to press and other local media often provided an opportunity to write articles in addition to press releases.
Ongoing training for employees is always seen as an opportunity to learn more about being effective in a variety of situations. I look forward to similar challenges in the future!
